The transition after college admission is often where uncertainty begins

For many students, getting into a top university has been the defining goal for years. Their schedules, achievements, and identities have been built around reaching that milestone. But once they arrive, many begin to ask a more difficult question: What comes next?

At Interface, we work with students who are highly accomplished but lack a clear sense of direction beyond achievement itself. They have learned how to succeed academically, yet many have not had the opportunity to fully explore who they are, what they value, or how they want to contribute in the world.

For families of significant means, this challenge is often amplified. Financial security can create freedom, but it does not automatically create purpose, motivation, or fulfillment. Without intentional development, students can struggle to build confidence, independence, and ownership over their future.

THRIVE was created to support this critical transition.

As part of Interface’s broader Rising Gen Development framework, THRIVE helps students move from externally driven achievement toward internally grounded direction. Through mentorship, coaching, experiential opportunities, and professional guidance, students begin building the clarity, resilience, and self-awareness needed to navigate adulthood with confidence.

The result is not simply stronger professional preparation, but a young adult who moves forward with greater purpose, maturity, and readiness for the opportunities ahead.
